We, the Management and Staff of the Mercury Hotel, were alerted on July 20th 2018 that there was a data breach to our merchant processing system. We are writing to all of those who may have potentially been affected in order to alert you to this issue and to strongly recommend that you check with your credit card issuer to see if there were any unauthorized charges made on and after July 19th, 2018. for card numbers provided prior to July 22nd, 2018 . We recommend that you place a fraud alert on your credit card.

For credit card numbers provided to the Mercury Hotel prior to July 19, 2018, if you find suspicious activity on your credit card or have reason to believe your information is being misused, please call your credit card issuer immediately to report the activity

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused but be assured that we have taken all necessary measures to mitigate the situation and continue to work with the appropriate authorities including the State Attorney General’s office as well as our Merchant Service Partners to ensure that this will be contained and that future potential concerns will be immediately addressed.
